We recently sold our home with Diane as our listing agent, and from the very first meeting she came prepared like she was defending a dissertation on our property. ZillowVERIFIED From our first meeting to discuss the market analysis she prepared for our home, it was obvious she knew the real estate business better than most. Over the past couple of years, my wife and I have had realtors do the same and make presentations, and unlike some others, Diane didn't come in and make a lot of generalizations; she was very specific and her knowledge of our neighborhood was outstanding. Our situation was a little unique. There was only one house we were interested in, and if that house sold before we could sell ours, we would pull ours off the market. The owner gave us only two weeks to get a contract. From minute one, Diane was truly amazing and absolutely on top of everything. For the Multiple Listing Service, Diane brought in a professional photographer whose pictures of our home were so impressive we rethought selling it (just kidding). But not about the photos.....awesome. Diane did not stop at bringing over her own customers. Because time was of the essence, she made calls to other realtors she thought might have buyers interested in my particular area. We got a great deal of activity right away and before long, our house was sold and we were able to get the only house we wanted. Diane did everything in her power to get it done, and she did. I am sure there are other realtors who are just as good, but it's highly doubtful there are any who are better or more professional.
