We love working with Diane. In all, we have worked with her on 4 transactions. She is highly skilled and thorough. She stays on top of the details and gives honest and frank advice. We trust her opinion and will work with her again. On our most recent sale of our primary home, she put together an incredible plan supplemented by a great marketing plan (including the best photos and videos I've seen in a real estate ad) and sold our house in 24 hours for $40,000 over asking...which was at a price /sq ft above average in our neighborhood. We've worked with different Realtors during moves from NY, MA, NJ, FL and GA. We have worked with Realtors for moves within those states for selling and buying homes. We have worked with Diane on several occasions while living here in Georgia. From my recollection everyone of those Realtors had one quality that stood out - good or bad. HOWEVER, when working with Diane I must tell you she is STELLAR! All of her qualities are exactly what you want in a Realtor. It's hard to describe Diane except to say that she is ALWAYS looking out for her client (buyer or seller). She always thinks ahead and paves the way for her clients by being steps ahead of your next step in the buying or selling process. Diane does not back down from any task. She has the connections, knows the market, knows the territory, is a pleasure to work with, is always honest and always smiling. Her personality is tenacious (totally a great thing) and her demeanor is always friendly which puts people as ease. Diane's qualities and personality are a tremendous benefit if your are buying or selling your property or home in the real estate market. We've never met anyone else like her and her qualities easily outshine all the other Realtors we have worked with over the decades. Work with Diane. Diane is absolutely wonderful. She helped me and my fiance buy our first home. I truly don't think this process could have been any easier. She really took the time to learn our wants and needs and made sure we were educated on the processes. The biggest word that comes to mind is honesty. Diane is a straight shooter and I can't tell you how much we appreciate that. If you want someone to be able to negotiate for you, Diane is your lady!
