ZillowVERIFIEDWe met Diane at an open house she was having in Palm Desert. We were starting our search for our desert home but had no idea which city we wanted to live in. We clicked with Diane. She was very easy to talk to and she aEURoegot usaEUR? and what we were looking for! She showed us houses from Palm Springs to La Quinta and everything in between! What we liked best is she wasnt afraid to make a call to find out info we wanted to know. She was quick and got answers ASAP! If we just had a thought about something associated with a house, she was on the phone getting the answer! She also wasnt afraid to make realistic offers on houses that were priced high! That was great! If you are looking for a realtor in the Coachella Valley- this is her. Look no further! Diane is a good one and we hope to use her again in the future!!

ZillowVERIFIED Diane was great to work with. Easy to talk to. Not pushy and provided facts and allowed time for us to digest. He knowledge of the high desert was top notch and facilitated our decision making process. We were going though a 1031 exchange from a sale outside of the state and her calm demeanor stuck with us for months! Hugely recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Diane is amazing!! We relocated from the Midwest summer of 2025. She helped us start looking in March on a trip when we were in town and then did an incredible job with helping us long distance. She does wonderful walk thru videos and helps tremendously with working with other realtors, especially new builds. We loved her promptness, she was amazing with our kids and just overall a great person. We couldnt recommend her enough!!

ZillowVERIFIED We needed to sell my aunts condo in Palm Desert fast in order to move her closer to us in Northern CA. Diane worked with us and saw us through every step of the way. We have bought and sold several homes through the years, but have NEVER had a Realtor work for us as hard as Diane did. She was available to answer all of our calls and texts immediately with any and all of our questions and concerns. She was polite and professional and a joy to work with. Through the whole process we felt we not only had a great realtor but also made a friend. I would highly recommend Diane Kohnen to anybody who needs to buy or sell real estate. You wont be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED Diane Kohnen is an excellent realtor. She is incredibly hard working, responsive and accommodating. She works seven days a week, meets or exceeds whatever is required to make a purchase or sale. I could not be more impressed with her skill. Plus, she is a very nice, kind and delightful person to know and , through her work, has become a friend. I regard her as an excellent real estate agent. Paul Matsenbaugh

ZillowVERIFIED I am so grateful that Diane was our realtor. She checked out homes we found on-line and suggested others and then went and did terrific videos of the homes for us so that we could focus on the most likely candidates during our trips to the Coachella Valley. And on just the 2nd trip to the Palm Springs area, she found us the beautiful home were living in right now. She patiently listened to everything we wanted and found us this home within our budget. Then she expertly guided us through a labyrinth of paperwork and closing requirements and we closed on this house in under 2 weeks! She also drove to Los Angeles to meet us for the first time and then found us an unbelievable cash offer for our L.A. home. Let me stressaEUR| unbelievable. We trusted Diane to act in our best interests and she never let us down. She was flawlessly knowledgeable about the local real estate market and made herself available to us and our endless questions 24/7. ZillowVERIFIED I was looking for a cash offer, no hassle sale, and after inquiring about several cash offers I was connected with Diane. She took the time to present several cash offers to me, but also educated me on what I could get if I put the home on the market. After much deliberation, I decided that I would choose a cash offer. Before taking one of the offers on the table, I inquired about an investor looking to buy in my community. I let Diane set up all of the appointments and deal with negotiations and before I knew it, I was in Escrow with a very satisfactory offer and we closed ahead of schedule and I now have 14 days to stay after close to plan my next big move. Very glad to have met Diane, she made the process so easy and was always available to take my call when I had any questions. Five stars, highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an incredible experience with our real estate agent, Diane, in Palm Springs. She went above and beyond to show us around the area and all of its surrounding neighborhoods. Diane took the time to listen to our needs and preferences, and she was able to narrow down our search effectively. Not only was Diane knowledgeable about the local real estate market, but she also had a deep understanding of the different neighborhoods and their unique characteristics. This allowed us to get a comprehensive overview of the area and make an informed decision about where we wanted to live. Throughout the entire process, Diane was professional, attentive, and patient. She was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. Diane made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. We highly recommend Diane for anyone looking to buy property in Palm Springs. Her expertise, dedication, and personalized approach truly set her apart. We are extremely grateful for her assistance and are thrilled with the home we ended up purchasing.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Diane at an open house and even though we didn't end up being able to purchase that home she kept us in mind. She would only send us properties that she knew fit our profile. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the market, spot on financial referrals made it an easy decision for us to use her for our real estate needs. Any request we had to meet, she met it. If we need to get into to see a property, she made it happen. In today's world it is hard to know who you can trust. If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy, hardworking and clean minded real estate agent, Diane is the one for you!

ZillowVERIFIED We closed on the home 16 days from first contact! We had found a couple homes we were interested in prior to being introduced to Diane. Within hours she had gone to both properties and send us incredible walk through videos. She listened to our wants and suggested a house we had not discovered on our own and it was perfect, home had everything we wanted, no compromises. Diane became a trusted advisor who advocated for our best interests throughout the entire process. She is the short term rental expert and did all the leg work for us making the entire process smooth. Super Agent is an understatement.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were thinking about leasing out our house because we were looking to move out of state. We had been watching an agent working tirelessly across the street and we decided to chat with her about the possibilities of seasonal rental. When she came over to our home we had pretty much decided to sell. We had no question about her work ethic, we had observed her in action and were impressed! Diane Lynn Kohnen was everything we thought she would be. Always on time, very professional, answered all of our questions and in the endaEUR|. She went above and beyond! Our car was being transported out of state but the carrier was running late. She stayed in order to give the driver the key so we could get on our way ( long drive). She also waited for our mover to load up the last of our things from the garage.( shes a saint)!!!!! Diane is a definite 10 out of 10! We so enjoyed working with her under a stressful situation.

We would definitely use her again. Highly recommended by us!

ZillowVERIFIED I am a recent purchaser of a home in Palm Desert. I met Diane at an open house showing of the property i purchased. She was very professional and highly skilled at helping me through the purchase process. She is very hard working and diligent in her following through the whole complex process. She never "drops the ball" so to speak. She is a lovely person, very good communicator, and has become a friend as a result. I highly respect and highly recommend her to anyone needing realtor services. She is a jewel of a person and delightful to work with. Paul Matsenbaugh,M.D.

ZillowVERIFIED Diane is a true professional. There is nothing she cant do and/or deliver. This is my second transaction with her and she did not skip a beat. She kept my wife and I at ease as transactions took a darker turn. Long story short, we had switch lender towards the end and needed a seller extension to complete the process. But that did not stop Diane from batting a home run for us and we scored in the end. Thank you very much!!

ZillowVERIFIED I'm so thankful someone recommended Diane to us. After reaching out to a handful of other realtors in the area and getting minimal response, Diane replied immediately and with tons of research into my questions. We explored many avenues over the past few months due to such limited inventory in the area, but we were finally able to secure a home and below market value (unheard of in this market)! We're a military family currently living on the east coast, so Diane did everything for us virtually. She drove up to 29 palms countless times to scout properties and to record tours of the homes. She asked questions and made offers at my request, even when they were in opposition to her recommendations. And most importantly, she dealt with me and my type A personality flawlessly which my husband will tell you isn't always the easiest. Overall, highly recommend Diane!

ZillowVERIFIED I'm a full time investor that needed representation in the desert area, and boy am I glad that I found Diane! Our operation in the area would not be where it is without her, we have now worked on around 5 deals together, and there are no other local eyes that I trust like hers!

ZillowVERIFIED We are full time investors that were interested in the Joshua Tree market but did not have representation in the area as we reside in Arizona. We were introduced to Diane through a mutual friend and she helped us close on 2 properties that we added to our portfolio this year. Diane was fantastic at communicating status, getting documentation and handling virtual tours for us. I highly recommend working with Diane as she is very well versed in the JT market and can help you find a home - investment or personal!
