ZillowVERIFIED A step above the rest - I'm not sure words can put together how we feel about our experience with Diane. I have a family full of Realtors and didn't want to mix business with family so I did my research and choose Diane. Truth be told, I am a newbie Realtor (I had called Diane for advice during my first transaction, she was so kind and more than willing to help and I remembered her when the time came to sell our house). Diane went above and beyond what was necessary and we couldn't be more grateful. A few things that stand out, Diane was professional from day one. She kept in contact with us at every turn. We had lots of questions and she was always able to answer them and put our minds at ease. Our moving company canceled in the midnight hour (MA to FL), we had less than 48 hours to wrangle two Penske truck, some people to help us load last minute (our friend dropped everything and spent hours helping us on Father's Day and Diane was amazing enough to find us two college kids to help). I found out that I couldn't tow my vehicle because it was too large and we only had 2 people to drive 3 vehicles, 4 kids and a dog. Diane didn't miss a beat and offered to drive my car to Florida for us. A M A Z I N G! Turns out we didn't have to accept her beautiful offer, we flew a family member up to drive down with us. We are grateful and so thankful to Diane. Amidst Covid-19 and all the challenges that it brings, Diane did an amazing job and we highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Diane did a fantastic job in every aspect of a very difficult and time consuming purchase. She made a great effort to keep us up to speed in a process that lasted a full 20 months. The delays were brought on by a difficult seller's bank and a confused property title. She help to jump start a stalled acquisition and made sure all the side issues (ie smoke detector certs. etc) were addressed and taken care of. I strongly recommend Diane and if I am in the market again, I will call her first!

Her data enabled us to price our house correctly and we were sold and closed within 90 days. She was very good at handling negotiations between us and our buyers, and coordinated well with the other parties in the transaction (selling realtor, attorneys, appraisers, inspectors, etc.). Overall we were very happy and are enjoying our home in Florida.

She was very patient with us as we looked at houses over the course of several months; at one point deciding to build and then changing our mind. She is very knowledgeable about the area and helped us purchase our new home at a fair price. She also guided me through selling my home, telling me what I should and should not focus on in terms of what to fix. Once it hit the market, I had 2 offers at full price within 3 days, and an accepted offer on the 4th day. She even got us a signed back-up offer just in case.
