2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
For sellers, preparation is everything. Decluttering, staging, and making small updates can have a big impact on how buyers perceive your home. Pricing strategically is also critical. With my proven marketing plan, professional photography, and deep local market knowledge, I make sure my listings stand out both online and in person. The goal is always to attract the most qualified buyers and achieve top dollar in the shortest amount of time.

I cant say enough great things about Tracy and Diane! When we started searching for a home it was only after seeing several homes that they picked up on exactly what we were looking for. Which saved us a tremendous amount of time and stress of looking at too many houses, especially since we were coming from outside the area and had limited time. Plus they were catering to our schedule and met us whenever we were available.
