As the administratrix of my uncle's estate, I needed a listing agent who was very familiar with the local area, especially because I was handling everything from California (I should note I flew to CT for one month to clean out the house, which is when I had the good fortune to meet Diane as she was walking in the neighborhood).Once the house was ready to be listed, I hired Diane: I was incredibly impressed how quickly she took the horse by the reins and never looked back.
