ZillowVERIFIED We used Diane to list our property. She did her obligation of photos and listed it in the appropriate places. However, for an Agent Open House, she lied and told us several agents attended with potential buyers. In reality, zero agents attended. The same thing happened with a Public Open House. Her feedback was that people came and loved the house - to the point of telling us they were timing it to their work. Again, no one came to the Open House. In the months that she had the house listed, it didn't have a single showing. There were more lies. It was such a waste of time for us. We confronted her about the lies and she offered no apology or reason. We listed with another agent. Our house showed immediately and was under contract in just a few weeks.

ZillowVERIFIED This was the second house we purchased with Diane, but the first one we sold. She took the time to answer all of our questions and laid out a clear plan to get our house sold. With having a small child, it would normally be difficult to show the house, but Diane made it clear up front to agents what time would work for us. We had it sold within 48 hours! She spent the time to help us find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood in the perfect school disctrict. She even held and played with our son during our showing/walk throughs so we could spend time looking at everything. She is clear and precise which we really appreciated. And above everything, we never felt rushed or pressured to buy or sell until we were comfortable. I would give her more stars, if possible! We recommend her to all of our friends and family looking for homes, and will never use anyone other than Diane!

ZillowVERIFIED We were lucky enough to get Diane through a relocation referral. From our first conversations with her, we knew we were going to like working with her. We did not know, though, that we would LOVE her until our first trip out to look for homes. Diane took our comments about neighborhoods and houses and was able to help quickly determine what we wanted. She showed us neighborhoods that she knew we would like (and we liked every one she picked out!), and from there, it was a matter of us picking the right house. She worked with the sellers' realtor to negotiate a great deal for us, and she was extremely knowledgeable about the process involved once we found The House. To top it all off, Diane has a wonderful personality--you spend a lot of time in a car with your Realtor, and I have to say that the best part of this whole process was getting to spend a few days with Diane riding around and looking at houses. Her patience and great sense of humor made what could have been a stressful process actually be a tremendous amount of fun! We aren't planning to move from this house for at least 5 years, but Diane Burke will be our listing agent when it's time for us to sell!!
