ZillowVERIFIED If I could give Diane 10 stars, I would. She has been extremely thorough representing us on both ends, buying and selling. Diane is so very knowledgeable in every aspect and has the desire and willingess to get the job done. Our house was originally listed elsewhere for nearly 2 years with no success. After a brief period off the market, we sought Diane's assitance. She did her research and showed up to our first meeting with very detailed, well put together information. Even though we were only listed with her for 5 months, Diane did not let us get discouraged when multiple potential buys fell in love with our home, but in the end walked away. She kept a positive vibe going from start to finish.When it came time to buy a new house, we never felt rushed or out of the loop when making a decision. We looked at what felt like million houses only to end up back at #1. Diane listened to what we wanted and never pushed us to move past our dream house. She explained everything in detail, giving us hard facts, numbers, research, you name it. We received her utmost attention to the point that we wondered how it were possible when we knew she was so very busy. We love, love, love Diane and all she represents, and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!

I recommend her to everyone, and always brag her up! :) She is so knowledgeable about the process of buying and selling a home- she helped me buy my house, then helped me sell it two yrs later. There is never a question she cant answer, and i imagine that if there was- she would dig to get the answer. She makes every effort she can to make both buying and selling a house as smooth as possible. I wish i could have taken her with me when i relocated!! I think if i ever have to sell my house where i relocated to, i may try to talk her into helping me out! :) You honestly cannot go wrong with Diane as your Realtor. Not only was she my Realtor, She also became my friend!
