She never tired of pursuing our best interests and keeping us informed. She got us the house we wanted on our first offer. Then she saved us thousands by insisting the seller make needed repairs. When we decided to sell our home, I reached out to a colleague and friend of mine who has worked with several realtors in her prior job. I asked her to give my information to the best realtor she knew. We had reached out to some realtors previously, but we just did not feel like they were a good fit. I wanted to make sure that if we were going to trust someone with this job, they were the best. Little did we know, Diane really is the best. We listed our home in early September, and we will close on the home on October 6th. The entire process has been smooth sailing, and we could not be more grateful for Diane's hand in making it the best selling experience. Diane has been an amazing communicator. She is organized. She is as sweet as she can be, and she constantly affirmed the work we were doing to get the home ready to sell. Our entire experience was better than we could have ever hoped or imagined, and I have already started recommending Diane to all of our friends and family.
