We have a friend in the Real Estate Business. You will, too, if you choose Diane Blackwell as your Real Estate Agent. Seemingly too sweet to succeed in a very tough business. She never tired of pursuing our best interests and keeping us informed. She got us the house we wanted on our first offer. Then she saved us thousands by insisting the seller make needed repairs. That's Diane, sweet but very effective.

When we decided to sell our home, I reached out to a colleague and friend of mine who has worked with several realtors in her prior job. I asked her to give my information to the best realtor she knew. We had reached out to some realtors previously, but we just did not feel like they were a good fit. I wanted to make sure that if we were going to trust someone with this job, they were the best. Little did we know, Diane really is the best. She has truly been the biggest blessing during this process. Within ten minutes of having our information, Diane called me. She was on vacation, but she made time to introduce herself and set up a time to meet when she got home. She has been so easy to work with, and I do not feel like we have had to lift a finger throughout the entire process. She has taken care of every piece of paperwork, every concern from the buyers, and every question we have had. We have never bought or sold a home, so we had lots of questions! Our home had a full asking price offer within 48 hours of it being listed. She even helped us to nail down the right asking price. We listed our home in early September, and we will close on the home on October 6th. The entire process has been smooth sailing, and we could not be more grateful for Diane's hand in making it the best selling experience. Diane has been an amazing communicator. She is organized. She is as sweet as she can be, and she constantly affirmed the work we were doing to get the home ready to sell. Our entire experience was better than we could have ever hoped or imagined, and I have already started recommending Diane to all of our friends and family. If I ever need a realtor again, I will not hesitate to go with Diane.

Working with Diane was an absolute joy and delight. I can honestly say that we wouldn't have a house without her. We picked the absolute worst time of year and climate to buy a home, yet we never felt like we were lacking in support. If you're looking for some to not just work for or with you, but to champion you, then look no further. I am beyond grateful that I called Diane after seeing her listing for a different client. No matter the curve ball (and there were a few!) she always pushed and worked even harder for us. I hope to meet more people in the future with her work ethic and skill. It is without any reservation that we highly recommend Diane Blackwell as your real estate agent. She handled our recent new home purchase in Traveler's Rest, SC. She is a professional of the highest level - knowledgeable, thorough, committed to her clients, reliable and honest, who surpassed all our expectations. Beyond being a professional in her field, she is also personable and a good person. Diane was easy to work with. She was always available for questions or concerns - even after we closed, she helped us navigate some things in our new home. We were moving from NYS to SC with limited time to actually come down to SC and view homes. Diane always made herself available to us - on our schedule. It took us 5 months to find "just the right house and area" for us. Diane was patient and understanding and never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. She was always encouraging and assured us we would "find the right house for us." And, we did.
