ZillowVERIFIED Becky was wonderful to work with! She was very responsive and willing to work around my crazy schedule, which was incredibly helpful. She was always quick to respond to the many unique challenges that came up in my particular instance. She even went out of her way to meet with & get, not 1 but 2, quotes from electricians when i had to leave town last minute for work and need to know how much some electrical isues that came up on my inspection would cost. Though she is young, she seems to have great mentorship, and if she didnt know the answer she would find out quickly. I also appreciated the fact that even though I wasnt looking for a high dollar house, she always made me feel like my business was important to her. I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

She is very patient and stuck with us through the process as we looked at almost 30 houses, had 2 negotiations go nowhere, 1 difference of opinion, and a mini-meltdown, before deciding on the one we bought. She worked with our schedules and made herself available for showings on evenings and weekends. Whenever we had a question about covenants or if a seller was willing to negotiate on certain items Becky always made sure to get us the information ASAP. ZillowVERIFIED Diane Beck found our perfect house after another deal we were trying to negotiate (she was the broker) fell through -- her clients did not want to compromise. We cannot praise her highly enough! Because we sold our previous property using FSBO (which I will NEVER attempt again) she didnt earn anything from that sale, yet she willingly advised us when requested and even found a short-term renter for us. I believe that Diane is honest, candid, hardworking, and savvy -- plus she knows everybody and was willing to ask questions on our behalf. She treated us warmly and respectfully.
