ZillowVERIFIED I've sold several homes over the years using realtors each time. This experience I graded as adequate as I had some good results and some that I could have been more pleased with.Overall Diane has an abundance of area knowledge and experience. She is quick to respond to questions and concerns as well as an extensive support team. Where I wasn't so satisfied was the length of time it took to sell the home. We were led to expect a quick sale due to location, condition of the home, etc. This sale took longer than any sale I've ever been associated with for some reason. If something was out of whack, why wasn't I advised. The second area was the coordination with the title company. There wasn't any. Once the home sold I felt like an orphan - no assistance what so ever. When paying a commission the size they are these days, I expect cradle to grave handling and I clearly didn't get that.Over all the process was adequate, but I had expected more.
