Diana was the listing agent for a property I was looking at, and the property didn't end up working out for me, but along the way, Diana spent a lot of time with me, answering questions and relaying information to the owner. When I determined that it wouldn't work for me, she was extremely kind and understanding (even though I'd already verbally committed!) and I appreciated that and I asked if I could write her a review because she's awesome and I think more people would like to work with her. She's knowledgeable and friendly and not pushy, all wonderful traits to have in a broker.
