This was our first time buying a home and Diane met our needs and expectations. Diane was responsive to our phone calls and/ or texts. We bounced all over Jefferson County looking for a home to fit our needs. Sometimes looking at the same home twice. In the end Diane was with us every step of the way and was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Diana Mullen to anyone.

Diana is friendly and professional. I appreciated that we were able to view homes at our pace and didn't feel pressured into the home search and buying process. Diana understood we were not in a rush but instead wanted to take our time to find our forever home, and that's exactly what we did!

Diana was a joy to work with. My wife and I were first time home buyers and she made us feel very welcomed and gave us every bit of information we requested. We quickly purchased our first home with minimal downtime in between. We recommend Diana and have been to anyone looking for a new home! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Diana kept me informed of every step of the process and was already there when I had questions or concerns. This was my first time of selling a house on my own, I was unsure of everything that needed to happen and the timelines in which it needed to happen. Diana was breaking everything down in detail and explained why and when every step of the way. She has the expertise needed but most in important she truly cares for the clients that she has. She wants the best for them and cares about meeting their needs..... I highly recommended her to my family and friends needing a real estate agent....

Best real estate professional I've ever worked with. We bought a property with Diana's assistance in October, 2019. She was extremely knowledgeable of the market and went far beyond my expectations to get answers to our many questions. We bought sight unseen with her help. We were completely satisfied! Thanks, Diana!

Diane listed my Mothers house for us and it was sold within 6 months. Very good experience for us as we have never had to sell a house. Her knowledge was very impressive, she was masterful, we always got immediate responses from her. It was an over all excellent experience for all of us involved.

Diana is an excellent realtor. She knows the area inside and out to include schools, dining spots, physicians, etc. She is very adept at forging a good relationship with her clients, she puts you at ease, listens to your desires and goes after them. She always gave advance notice when a client was coming to see the house and gave you follow up feedback. She never pushed us to make a decision which is not always the case with a realtor. She is very skillful at negotiating the best price for her clients. Diana is kind, considerate and oozes integrity. Don't hesitate to use her services, you won't be disappointed.
