About Me

Real estate is personal to me. It's never been just about buying and selling houses. It's about people, relationships, big decisions, new chapters, and sometimes saying goodbye to a home filled with decades of memories.

I've been a REALTORA(R) since 2007, serving Orange County and surrounding Southern California communities. Before real estate, I spent nearly 20 years in the electrical and general contracting industry, giving me a perspective on homes that goes far beyond square footage and finishes. I understand how homes are built, what buyers notice, what sellers need to prepare for, and how the details can affect both value and marketability.

My approach to real estate is hands-on, strategic and very personal. Whether I'm preparing a home for market, developing a customized marketing plan, negotiating an offer or helping a buyer find the right place to call home, I'm involved every step of the way. I believe communication matters, details matter, and my clients should always know that someone is truly looking out for them.

I'm also a big believer that great real estate marketing should never feel cookie-cutter. Every home has a story, and I love finding the best way to tell it through professional presentation, digital marketing, social media and creative strategies designed to get attention in today's market.

But what I'm most proud of is the relationships that come from this business. Much of my business is built through referrals and repeat clients, and I never take that trust for granted. Some clients become friends, some transactions become incredibly personal, and there are definitely closings that have brought a few tears. ?

Outside of real estate, family is everything to me. I love spending time with my husband, our kids and grandkids, traveling, enjoying the lake, and soaking up the moments that make life good. I believe in working hard, treating people with kindness and respect, doing what you say you're going to do, and always remembering that there is a real person and a real story behind every transaction.
