ZillowVERIFIED I was uneasy about selling my house and I came upon Mrs. Morton. I was comfortable with her from start to finish. She always got back to me in time with any answer I had about the things I was unsure about in the process. When I had trouble making decisions about something she always had options for me. I truly didn't have to do anything but allow her to do what I feel she was excellent with, and that is her job. She gave me confidence that my house would sell from day one and to my surprise, she placed a sign in my yard on a Friday around 5:27 pm and with my first viewing being 9 am the next morning, my house was taken off the market at full listed price. (IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS) Thank you once again Diana because you not only came through for me but you made it easy for me to release my home and be okay with it.

ZillowVERIFIED Diana was absolutely amazing to work with and I could not possibly recommend a better realtor for the Jacksonville, NC area. She worked as my realtor from October 2018 - February 2019.From the start, she was able to provide to me a detailed estimate of where we stood as far as how much she thought we could sell my home for and was able to explain it very well with regards to how that estimate fit with how the local market was doing.Diana's depth of knowledge with the entire process was apparent in that she was able to explain to me everything that would occur as we went through the sale in terms that I completely understood. As we proceeded through the closing, everything that was happening was very clear to me. Throughout the entirety of the sale, this gave me confidence that the sale would go smoothly and quickly. She was highly responsive and extremely flexible when it came to communicating with me. I was not local, and I travel a great deal for my work, and she was highly accommodating when it came to ensuring that my questions were answered in a timely manner. She was also very good about communicating any actions or changes that were occurring throughout the process. She was very easy to reach by text at nearly all times of the day and if she was not able to speak on the phone immediately, she would always call or text within a couple of hours. As far as the negotiation of the sale price of the home, she was very clear on what she thought we could do in order to get as close to my desired sale price as possible as we went through the process.Lastly, I would like to say that this entire stressful experience was made much less stressful because of Diana. She was always confident, upbeat, and the attention she showed to my sale made it seem like that I was her most important client. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

As we were progressing through the requirements, we had what I would describe as a major bump in the road with a low appraisal. It became a very stressful time personally and Diana never lost confidence and held the sell together.
