ZillowVERIFIED You cannot go wrong with Diana! We highly recommend! We were living in Colorado and planning a move to Cape Cod - no easy feat. Through a Compass connection, we were recommended to Diana and we are so grateful for that introduction. Diana helped us find and buy our forever home in West Dennis in early 2025. Living in CO, we did a couple of scouting trips where Diana showed us a broad range of options on the Cape - I think we did 18 properties over 2 days!! Those long days were invaluable as we got a feel for the Cape, narrowed our focus, and evaluated homes vs land options. Diana worked tirelessly on our behalf. When I say tirelessly, I mean it - morning, noon or night - Diana is responsive and proactive. She is amazing in her communications and was always bringing ideas forward to help us. When we finally found the one (while still living in CO), she moved quickly and was an invaluable resource in the bidding and buying process. All of that with a great attitude, kindness and upmost professionalism. Diana made our move to the Cape a reality - faster and easier than we could have imagined. Beyond the expertise in the transaction, Diana was also invaluable as a resource for local legal support, vendors, recommendations and even went as far as sourcing a piece of equipment that was required in order for our unique close to happen. Diana literally moved mountains to help us close - we could not have made this happen without her!

ZillowVERIFIED Diana Lucivero acted as the selling agent for the estate sale of our house. An estate sale can have a unique set of circumstances and Diana was extremely helpful and patient in guiding us through this sales process. Her knowledge of the area and the market allowed us to have a quick sale once the home went up for sale. Diana's team was very professional while helping us reach the the closing of the sale. Diana and her team have my full endorsement and I would not hesitate to use them again.

From the moment we enlisted her services, Diana proved to be an exceptional realtor who went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. ZillowVERIFIED Working with Diana was a pleasure, pure and simple: - She was totally dedicated to helping us sell our home and purchase a condo. - She was always available and responsive to every issue or question that arose, and excellent at problem solving, finding solutions, and dealing with ad hoc challenges. - She guided us every step of the way through the processes inherent in the sale of our house and purchase of a condo - educating us about and helping us prepare for each one, always reminding us in a timely fashion about deadlines. She made manageable what at times seemed daunting. - She listens. This engenders a partnership relationship. We felt were in this enterprise together. - Her agility in negotiations with a variety of stakeholders and personalities resulted in best feasible outcomes. - Her knowledge and understanding of the market and the myriad requirements of systems and housing standards gave us confidence we were in good hands. - Her work ethic and energy level are off the charts. - Her motivation is both personal - she cares about her clients, and professional - she loves what she does for a living and it shows. - She is as hardworking as she is personable. And she has a sense of humor, invaluable during the ups and downs of buying and selling homes. - We've already told our friends about her.

ZillowVERIFIED We could not have made a more important decision hiring the services of Diana Lucivero. From the first phone call to the final closing Diana was always interested in what we had to say and worked endlessly to achieve our goals. She made herself available day and night answering any questions we had and calmed our nerves during frenetic times. We cannot compliment her enough on her warm, friendly and intelligent demeanor handling us and the perspective buyers coming through our doors. Our home had 4 offers in 2 days and we contribute its success to Dianas knowledge of this business. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had been considering selling our summer home for the last three years. We had enlisted quotes from two other realtors, but until we met Diana, we couldn't decide if we should go forward. From the moment she stepped into our home, she was personable, knowledgable, professional, and we instantly knew this was a person we could work with, especially since we live out of state, and we would have to place complete trust in her,She put a great deal of research into an oral and hard copy presentation to ascertain the correct market price to sell our home. She never failed in patience, prompt replies, help in finding contractors for last minute needs, and staging skill which included the use of personal items like plants and pillows to enhance our home's look.We do enthusiastically endorse Diana to anyone who is considering listing a home.

ZillowVERIFIED A real professional. Knows exactly how to size the buyers up. A real hard worker. Sorry to say we wasted our time with another broker until we found out that if you want to sell your home in our sub-division you need a pro with a lot of experience selling homes where you are. It's unique... "The Falmouth Airpark". Gave Diana the listing last summer and by the first week in March 2020 she had a buyer. No question she earned that big commission. Would certainly recommend her again!!

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Diana both selling a home and most recently , buying a home. The search was not easy but she stuck with us with patience & encouragement that the aEURoe rightaEUR? property would come along and it did. I hope not to be in the market again anytime soon, but if I am, Diana will be my go to person. I highly recommend her to my family & friends. ZillowVERIFIED Diana was a delight to work with. She gave us great advice, answered all our questions, and was an excellent guide through the entire process, including how to best prepare the home for sale, how to show it, how to position it in the market, and how to negotiate successfully for a final bid and sale. She also worked above and beyond in terms of her responsiveness, flexibility in working with our schedules, and finding local contractors for the work we needed done on our behalf. We couldn't be happier with her as a realtor and I would recommend her, unqualifyingly, to anyone in the area who is buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Diana did a fantastic job assisting us in purchasing a vacation home in Diana. She was incredibly thorough, organized, and prepared. We truly trusted her opinion on each property we toured. It took us 6 months to find the right home, but when we did, she helped us from beginning to end. She negotiated aggressively on our behalf to get a fair price, facilitated the inspection and repairs, and assured that the closing occurred on the original date agreed upon. She is a true professional and I give her my highest recommendation.

Her communication style and responsiveness made her easy do business with. We had multiple showings and home visits before and after the P&S was signed and Diana coordinated everything with the sellers. We would highly recommend Diana and would use her again to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Diana Lucivero as a Real Estate Agent. She knows her profession, the process and the right contacts in areas that she markets. Diana is very responsive, takes the time to work with you- often going the extra mile to run down ancillary information (with conservation, Anderson Windows, builders - we found this truly remarkable and extremely helpful). Diana is an exemplary Real Estate Professional as well as a wonderful person. We have bought several properties and have never seen this level of engagement and partnership.

ZillowVERIFIED This last of nine previous home sales was relatively quick, and it was the first give-away, donate, or go-to-the-dump elimination of our possessions in a 3400 sq.ft. living space. From that, we are now in a 810 sq.ft. assisted living apartment 120 miles distant! Diana was always compassionately there for advice, assistance, and aid in order to accomplish that monumental task. Her professional knowledge and negotiating skills smoothed the sale when obstacles occurred. She always took the time to sit and talk and responded immediately to calls. All of that as a seller's agent made our level of comfort memorable.
