Diana was very helpful through the whole process, she was always available to answer any questions and she responds very quickly. Once we found the home we set our mind on Diana really pushed to make sure we wouldn't lose out on another home. During the inspection process, she would follow the engineer around and address any things that needed to be fixed to the seller's side on the spot! This really impressed us because it shows that Diana wanted to make sure our home was in perfect condition before closing. She was never pushy or rushed us during this whole process, we felt very comfortable working with Diana.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I closed on our house last week and Diana was an absolute gem to work with! Diana made what is typically a stressful experience, so easy for us. We both work in Manhattan and at the time lived in Queens, but Diana was SO accommodating for us, met us late after work during the week for viewings and even picked us up/dropped us back off at the train stations. Diana is SUPER knowledgeable of the areas we were interested in and she really knocked it out the park with the houses she lined up for us. ZillowVERIFIED Diana is simply the best at what she does. Working in real state is not her hobby, but her full time job (and it shows!!!). My husband and I work opposite schedules and Diana always took that into consideration. She took us to many many many many showings individually and together. I always felt that Diana had our list of needs and wants in mind during every single showing. She never showed us a home that did meet our criteria. One more thing... Since Diana was aware that were novices at home buying, she recommended experienced professionals (lawyer, inspector & a few others) that helped us navigate through the whole home buying process. Diana is so efficient that she showed us 8 houses in one weekend afternoon and it did not feel overwhelming. She prepared for the open houses by mapping out the route and coordination with other agents and home owners so that the afternoon would go smoothy and efficiently (no zigzagging across different towns). When we would get into the homes, she would take an interest in showing what we were looking for or pointing out the potentials. There were times she would go into a home before us and knew right away it wasn't what we were looking for - structure/layout/budget. That kind of knowledge for your clients shows she is considerate of our time and of the overall energy it takes to see so many homes. She's also available easily via text/phone - she responds quickly.
