Diana is an extremely personable, knowledgeable, and expert in her field! As a first time homebuyer, she made everything as easy as pie. We felt comfortable right away and are so thankful for all her help!Diana was able to find multiple homes in our price range and when we realized that we needed a lower price point she was able to pivot and find new homes in our price range. She was able available almost immediately whenever we had questions. During negotiations she was able to explain things in a manner that made it easy to understand. Diana made sure we were competitive with other home buyers and made the right offer so that we were able to get our house. Once our offer was accepted, she helped to make sure we got things fixed that needed to be fixed (some small termite damage, and replacement of garage fire door). Through out the process Diana was able to help us navigate and helped us to make the right choices so that we felt comfortable.

DIANA is AMAZINGGG!!!! Being a first time home buyer, and especially in the current market, my wife and I were very reluctant at first, but we know we had to find the right person to help us find the right home.
