ZillowVERIFIED Diana was incredible!! She helped my parents purchase their new apartment in Orlando. She went beyond the extra mile to help them, guide them and specially, keep them calm when the nerves attacked them! She was very knowledgeable and stay on top of the important time frames. We actually closed 5 days before our expected closing date! She was honest , punctual, dedicated and committed to find a property for my parents, and I will forever thankful for that! Thank you Diana, you are a Rockstar!

ZillowVERIFIED Diana assisted us in finding a rental house. She understood what we were looking for and delivered. She was very attentive to our needs, going what I think is above and beyond. When we get ready to purchase a home she will be our one and only call. Negotiation skills was left blank as it does not reflect anything that was needed by us at this time. I highly recommend contacting Diana with your rental or purchase needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Diana was excellent in every aspect of our home purchase. Living 3 hrs from the home we purchased, communication with Diana was a must. She responded almost immediately to phone calls, messages, texts and emails. If she didn't have an answer, she made sure that she got one for us. it didn't matter the time or day, she was always there for us. She made sure that the selling agent & HOA new all of our concerns and she helped resolve every one to our satisfaction. She coordinated all aspects of our closing and it went very smoothly and right on schedule. We highly recommend Diana for any of your real estate needs - she is a pro and does her homework extremely well. Thanks Diana :)

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Diana is an absolute pleasure. She made the entire process of purchasing a home less overwhelming by guiding us step by step. She is a great communicator, and was even willing to chat in the evening if we needed advice. I know that it probably cut into her personal/family time, but she was always available when we had an issue. We are grateful for her kindness and willingness to help. We also appreciate the fact that she traveled almost an hour to be present with us for inspections and our closing. Diana really goes above the call of duty and you can tell that she does everything from the heart. The final steps of our purchase journey happened during the COVID19 crisis. Diana researched and constantly made sure that we were protected in the event we were not able to close on time due to a shut down. It was very comforting to know that we had her working with us during such a daunting time. I would recommend working with Diana to anyone that was looking to purchase a property. She is a very hard worker, demonstrates high ethics in everything she does and always follows through with what she says she will do. I hope to work with her in the future again!
