Recommended I list my house for $20,000 more than the previous realtor wanted to list it for and said shed have it sold in 30 days. She sold it the FIRST day with multiple offers and we closed in 30 days. Makes me sick to think of the money I would have lost out on had I gone with the other agent. ZillowVERIFIED Outstanding realtor providing great service. My home was a rental property and I live 140 miles away. This was explained to Diana as well as repairs that needed to be done. She handled everything from lining the necessary work up and seeing it to completion. Upon completion the house had a contract in less than 2 weeks and closed by the end of the month. All I had to do was sign the closing documents and get my check. I would highly recommend using Diana as a realtor and I will use her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Diana Fairbanks came highly recommended and in a short time exceeded those recommendations. I had to sell a house in Florida, but lived in Philadelphia. I needed the transaction quick and painless. From my first conversation with Diana I was assured I did not have to travel to Florida (if I did't need to) in order to sell the house, that she would take care of everything. I didn't imagine how much 'everything' was. Diana dealt with the Home Owners Association, the locksmith, the handyman, getting the house ready for showing, the buyers attorney and especially my attorney. Her knowledge of Florida law was impressive to say the least. She was able to assist me better than the attorney that I hired. She answered every time I called, returned emails promptly, and called with weekly updates. Diana also told me that if she was not available her assistant Kate Amos would could help. Kate was just as amazing as Diana, always on top of the situation and helping in any way possible. We settled on the house in less than 3 months!!! Diana had completed her job and this should have been the end of our communication, however, I still needed assistance that I was not getting from my attorney, so I reached out to Diana. She could have simply said that she couldn't help, but instead , she reached out to her network of professionals to continue to help. That was the most amazing, commendable and selfless gesture on her part.
