He simplified the search and helped us find the perfect home. We had put an offer in and the seller accepted another one over ours but Dexter reminded us aEURoeif its meant to be it will be.aEUR? A few days later the buyer backed out, and Dexter told the seller we were still interested and helped us close. More importantly, he made it happen in 24 days and during the holidays!!! ZillowVERIFIED Dexter Brandao knows the kendall Miami Area very well. He checks the market value at different intervals to insure you are getting what you deserve for your home. I knew from the first day I met him he was the guy for the job . He seemed confident and knew the area and that is what we needed . When our "new build" was ready 2 months ahead of schedule we couldnt believe it . Dexter immediately scheduled an open house that weekend for our home. Not sure how he did it on short notice but we got 3 interested individuals and within 22 hours had 2 offers that counter offered each other . He got individuals that were truly interested and qualified financially . We were able to close prior to our other new home closing . We made more money than we anticipated which allowed us to buy new furniture for the new home . He negotiated with the buyer after closing for us to stay several days without an additional cost . We are older and have an elderly dog and did not want to go to a hotel . He was truly a blessing in such a stressful life event . I would highly recommend him if you are trying to sell quickly . He is no nonsense and tells you like it is and I appreciated that . No games , no drama and lets get the job done . the title company was also efficient , amazing and timely as promised . Dexter did a terrific job not only in translating these terms but to help me understand them so I never felt like someone was taking advantage of my family.
