I grew up in Paintsville, KY, graduated from Western Kentucky University, and built a successful career leasing condos in Chicago and leading sales teams for Microsoft in Seattle. But I always knew I wanted to return home to Kentucky. For nearly 15 years, I've honed my skills in negotiation, trust, and understanding right here in the Greater Louisville Area--qualities that are essential in real estate. You will not be disappointed! We didn't know Devon personally, he didn't come recommended by a friend, one night we wanted to see a house, zillow said he was available, so thats how we met Devon. We got a great vibe while touring so we stayed with him the rest of the time while shopping /selling/ buying our home. I can't say enough amazing things! He was always ready and willing to show us houses, he got to know me and my husband, our likes/dislikes. He was not trying to sell us a house, he helped us find a home. He is our realtor until he retires !

Devon was excellent to work with. He took initiative to send us information on houses to look at and responded to any and all phone calls, texts or emails. We thought it would be a long difficult process to purchase a new house after living in our old house for 30 years. He made the process fun, and we found our new home in 1 month. He also helped us sell the old home in a very short time. We definitely recommend him to anyone that is in the housing market.
