She's responsive - House hunting can be time-sensitive, and Devon works fast. I never had to wait days for her to provide me with the information I needed to make my decision. She often told me what I needed to know beforehand and guided me through the process at every step. 3. She has excellent customer service - Devon actually cares about her clients. She showed up ready to address my concerns, assuage my fears, and stuck with me even after we closed on my house while I had to deal with tenants moving out.
