My husband and I just bought our first house and were very nervous about the experience, what to expect, and if we would have what we needed to successfully buy a house. (This market!) They were all very great in their strengths in reassuring us that we could TRUST THE PROCESS and we would get a house in the end. I think the trio works very well together, and depending on what you need from an agent, one of them will be able to provide that service and/or vibe for you. For instance, if youre looking for someone who is going to find you a great investment, you will probably vibe most with Susan, but if you want something very specific in your house--even if its a bit eccentric--April can visualize it and help you think creatively about the houses youre viewing. I felt very comfortable with all of them and very secure I was in good hands. (I worked more closely with Susan and April, but my husband vibed very well with Alane who was wonderful with numbers and contracts, which is his favorite thing to talk about--so as I said: they use their strengths to excellent effect.) We interviewed several agents before we ultimately chose Bringing Homes to You because we felt they were both assuring and secure in their knowledge-base, but also flexible and creative in finding the right home for us, while not pushing us to any specific home or price point. We both felt very respected in regards to our wishes and needs; and we loved how transparent this group was with the process as well as the breakdown of costs for the work they do. We felt more like a (friendly) client than a bottom line--and there is no price that can be put to that. We highly recommend them and wouldnt hesitate to use them again in the future.

Gave us names of people she has worked with yo get things fixed. We used one of her recommendations and he did a wonderful job. She also gave us an idea of what we could get for our home. When we listed we had contract in 4 days and we got what she said it would probably sell for. She walked us thru all the paperwork and explained what and why we were singing. Could not be more pleased with her perfection and attention to detail.
