ZillowVERIFIEDWe thoroughly enjoyed our buying process with Devin and would highly recommend him for your buying/selling needs! He was responsive and very helpful through the whole process even though we were buying from across the country! He was professional and very willing to show us properties on short notice. He was willing to meet contractors for us prior to us arriving so that everything was in place when we got to town.

ZillowVERIFIED Devin listed our house to sell and was an excellent realtor. I would recommend him 100 times over. Within the first week of our house being listed we had 20 showings and multiple offers. Devin was great at explaining every detail along the way and making sure I understood the process and next steps. If you want an honest, reliable realtor who is quick to respond to phone calls, messages, and emails Devin is your guy.

ZillowVERIFIED Devin is the man! We recently (yesterday) sold a home and purchased a home using Devin as our realtor for both. Buying a home, I was very picky this time because I want to be in this house for a long time! Devin handled my nit pickiness with grace and was always on the lookout for a house that met every little desire of ours. He was always very knowledgeable and professional about the homes we looked at. Devin helped us to make sure our house was ready to list and then he sold our house before it was even on the market! He made the home buying and selling process simple and I'm forever grateful for him. He should be your realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Devin was amazing! After we chatted about exactly what I was looking for he was externally precise on the house hunting. When we finally found the one we wanted he answered all of the questions that we had. He also went out of his way to ensure we were able to view it on our schedule. He responded quickly when needed and was extremely knowledgeable about the house, area, school districts and neighborhood. ZillowVERIFIED Devin was wonderful to work with! My fiancA(C) and I were both first-time home buyers and did not have a lot of knowledge on the process of buying a house. Devin was extremely patient with all of our questions and made sure we understood everything we were doing or needed to do. He was so great to be in contact with us whenever we needed him and never hesitated to make himself available whether it be in person or over the phone. He was also extremely persistent in finding us exactly what we needed - I could tell he did a tremendous amount of research considering all of our wants. The house we ended up buying was everything we wanted, and we felt so good about making an offer on it! Even after we closed on our house, he was in contact with us to make sure we didnt have any questions or concerns! Awesome and very personable guy to work with!!

ZillowVERIFIED Devin was instrumental in helping us sell our home quickly and finding another one in a short amount of time. He was very helpful if we had questions and was quick to respond to us if we ever had any issues. I was very picky when searching for a home and Devin was never irritated and continued to search for us, even when he was not at work. When it came to selling our house, we had a few issues with our buyers and Devin was always quick to help us find a solution and did a great job communicating with the other realtor. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Relocating to the River Valley was made extremely easy largely in part to Devin Rogers. After extensive research of the area, the process of finding our home, negotiating, and coming to an agreement was less than 3 days. Devins knowledge of the neighborhood, the home, the community, and the points of negotiation made this an experience worthy of review. The process leading up to and after closing was all highlighted by Devins attention to detail and willingness to service the sell. We would highly recommend Devin and his team for any relocation to the River Valley!
