ZillowVERIFIED HomeLuxe Realty was amazing! Devin showed us pre-owned homes first, his son Tyler, showed us a few pre-owned homes as well. After getting a feel of pre-owned, Devin started showing us new homes so we could properly compare. We first started working with HomeLuxe Realty January 20th and closed and moved in our new home March 10th! Thank you guys for your kindness and getting us in a new home so quickly! We love it!

ZillowVERIFIED What a great group of people to work with! Devin is so responsive to every question I have and I have a lot. If I send a text or an email, he or his staff respond within minutes sometimes. I had bought a house before, but I felt like this time I actually understand how things work and why they happen. I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Devin and his staff have made the process of buying a home easy and simple. Their knowledge and availability to my questions is how I know I chose the right people to help me buy my first home. They are the most professional and courteous people I have had the pleasure of working with. I'm a Disabled Veteran and I HIGHLY recommend HomeLUXE Realty for your realty needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Great people to work with. Very professional and courteous team with thorough knowledge of the local market. After understanding what my requirements were, Devin and his team provided me with a list of properties to choose from. After an initial down-select, Devin spent two full days visiting several properties with me, providing valuable insights. I never felt pressured to chose any of the properties we visited, instead Devin was only concerned that I find the perfect place for me. Devin and his team's support was invaluable after I made an offer on a property. He helped me with the negotiations and was me with throughout the entire closing process.

ZillowVERIFIED "We'll make it happen!" - Devin often says this, but this may probably be Devin & Sheri's slogan, because that's exactly what they did to help us seal the deal on our home. Fortunately for us, it only took us one day to find a house that we love. But that was just the beginning of a grueling process, through which the Holland Team walked us every step (and every word) of the way. New to town and as first-time homebuyers, we just trusted them and they never made us feel otherwise. They answered every question and eased our worries by responding promptly and communicating with us constantly. Recommended to us by a good friend, we would easily recommend them again to our family and friends. Their expertise, professionalism and personalities make them the team to beat. And they even sent us a nice plant the day after we moved in! Thank you Devin & Sheri, we could not be happier to finally be settled in our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Devin and Sheri Holland are an amazing team! They are diligent, hard-working, and so dedicated to meeting our expectations -- and exceeding them! They were so easy to work with and are very personable and were able to do more than the average agent. They had a superior understanding of the market and home buying process. I would recommend them to ANYONE in the market for a home!

ZillowVERIFIED We were new to the area and Sheri and Devin were very helpful in pointing us in the right direction while we figured out which areas of San Antonio seemed to suit us best. Once we found areas we liked the Zillow site was perfect for our searches. We'd had lots of issues with other Realtors/websites providing inaccurate information regarding the San Antonio Real Estate market. Devin, Sheri, and their Assistant Hannah were quick to respond and set up appointments once we found a few houses we thought we'd like, they even helped us find some other houses we'd overlooked. As first time home buyers, it was nice to work with a professional team that exuded the patience and experience we needed.
