ZillowVERIFIEDDevan was absolutely great to work with. She was extremely helpful with finding the house me and my wife found and was right along with us on the ride trying to get this house purchased. Devan even gave us ideas when we had some hiccups along the way. If you are looking for a realtor who will be beneficial and helpful, she is the one.

ZillowVERIFIED We hired Devan to sell our Moms home. This was a delicate and sensitive process as Mom was transitioning to Assisted Living. Devan was understanding and had a soft touch dealing with Mom. She was always available (even while on vacation overseas)!

From start to finish, Devan made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She provided expert advice, kept me informed every step of the way, and most importantly, sold the house in less than 12 weeks! Her dedication and professionalism truly made a difference, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Devan Hope to anyone looking to buy or sell! Please tell her I sent you.

Devan, thank you for all of your hard work since Rickie signed with you, we came along way, with your help in figuring out how to sell this, all at once, or split out, as we did towards the end. You have always been prompt and professional and we appreciate you - Rickie and Linda Adams.
Thank you for your kind words! I enjoy working with your family and look forward to selling your other properties. -Devan Hope

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I sincerely appreciated having Devon work with us when relocating to the area. She was the first realtor we contacted in the area and we had a good feeling about her at our first meet up. She has a pleasant personality. She was easy to talk to and consistently answered our questions and followed through even at times when it involved getting answers from other sources. We would recommend her as a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Devan is the best! We were not only first time home builders, but first time home buyers, and Devan made everything easy to understand. She negotiated a contract that was exactly what we were looking for, and helped us to, and through completion! She has top-notch communication and understanding of the local market, and answered our many, many questions throughout the process. I feel very lucky to have found Devan, and I will not hesitate to list or buy any future homes through her.

ZillowVERIFIED Devan was absolutely instrumental in the purchase of our new home! She was so understanding and actually listened to our wants and concerns. We could definitely tell she was in our corner the whole time and represented us in a professional manner. She was always somewhere when she said she was going to be there and always responded to our numerous questions and concerns promptly. Her knowledge in the home buying process really helped calm our nerves immensely. She guided us through the whole experience without once trying to sway our decisions but gave us all the information we would need to make those well informed decisions for ourselves and we could not be more grateful for that. She helped us find the perfect home for our growing family and we could not be more pleased with our experience with her. We could not thank you enough Devan!

ZillowVERIFIED A wonderful realtor. She is kind and will work with you and support you. She was knowledgeable about the whole home buying process and did not try to take advantage of me because I was young. I really appreciate her !!
