As first-time home buyers with zero clue about the home-buying process (likeaEUR| what even is escrow?), we truly had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. I cant say enough about how lucky we were to work with Destiney! Her knowledge and expertise in the surrounding Running Springs, CA provided us with so many confidence and clarity. She answered every call, question, text message, etc. (and as first time home buyers we had a LOT to ask and learn) with consultative and compassionate support, guiding us throughout the entire home buying process. We originally met Destiney at an open house when moving to the mountains was just a dream. And Destiney truly helped turn our dreams into reality.

Although my dad is a real estate agent I was looking for someone who lives in the Lake Arrowhead area and really KNOWS it I honestly couldnt have found a better agent Shes everything you would want in a buying agent honest trustworthy super responsive and quick to action available to answer questions and concerns by text or call not greedy to only get a sale making sure that were happy with what we are getting and someone who cares about you even after the close of escrow I noticed a stark difference between Destiney and the selling agent of the house we were buying The other agent was very unresponsive and took sometimes days just to respond to any questions we had He also took days to respond to each step of the process which is honestly a disservice to the people he was representing If we didnt love the house we wouldve just walked away and found someone more interested in selling their houseThrough it all though Destiney quickly answered all my texts and calls and calmly talked me through my frustration and worries She fought for us like we were friends or family She also has the integrity to admit and fix a couple of small things that we missed in our final purchase agreementI would highly recommend Destiney to any family member or friend who is interested in purchasing real estate in the Lake Arrowhead area I would absolutely use her again because she cares and is more than just an agent she has become a friend to our family
