Desiree Whalen works hard to find what you the customer is looking for. She talks with you and takes notes as you review key items that are important. We were relocating to NC from NJ and Desiree helped steer us to areas that would be very good for us to live. During the time we looked at homes three to four-month period Desiree was always willing to show us different homes or to just talk by phone to help us narrow down our list. Desiree took the time to review the home buying process prior to us making offers which really helped when in the process to be calm and understand it better. I really liked that. Desiree truly knows the area of New Hanover and Pender County and I feel really try to ensure we understand the home/community we are buying. This was great.I would highly recommend Desiree to anyone who is looking for a home in this area.

Working with Jennifer Cox and the Whalen team has been a great experience. Jennifer was able to answer all my questions and help us with snafus that came up with our lender. She and her team are very pleasant and patient and offer a no-pressure experience with lots of helpful advice. Whenever I had a question, Jennifer got back to me right away and kept me informed of what would be happening next. Jennifer really went above and beyond what I would have expected from a realtor when she searched out properties with handicap-accessible features, to provide me with a detailed listing of properties which fit my needs.
