ZillowVERIFIED Desiree worked with me for a total of 7 years, and never lost patience. We tried to sell my house at the beginning of the '08 bubble, but I decided to rent it against her advice. She rented it for me, then when I went to sell it in the fall of 2014, she sold it for me for the maximum the market would allow at the time. Had I taken her advice in the first place, I probably would have come out ahead. She always looked out for my interest, and never steered me wrong. She was always honest with me, even when she could have done something different that would have benefited her. She always maintained her professionalism whether things were going well or not.

In the sale involving the first home she prepared a very professional overview of local stats, impressed me from the start and sure enough I had multiple contracts in short order. The closing and the move went fine. When I went to sell my present home, there was only one choice. Almost immediately she had a reasonable offer, but she negotiated to a better offer. Going toward closing, even the closing agent advised me SHE was impressed with Desiree's knowledge and professionalism, completely unsolicited.
