ZillowVERIFIED To preface, we are from South Carolina, and were relocating to North Carolina (Charlotte). I was reached out to by many realtors, but Desiree stuck, because she was so personable, and did not seem pushy at all (which she was NOT, at all through the process).This was our first home, so she really walked us through all the steps. She also was a little ahead of us buying her own first home, so she was able to offer expertise from the homeBUYER and the realtor perspective. She explained everything in depth, each question we asked. She lined up hours of listings for us, and each one was in our specs. She sent us listings before they went on the market, because she knew we would be interested. She never put us in an uncomfortable situation, or pushed us outside of our comfort zone (other than the normal uncomfortable zone that IS home buying). She always told us how it was when we were wrong, and always took our needs in to count. Once we found our home, she made sure it was ours, through speedy offers, and personalizing communication.We had a less-than-ideal financing situation, and Desiree was still able to make it happen, and we closed in 2.5 weeks once our lending fell through. She stayed patient with us through the 2+ months of working with us, and gave us the cutest home warming gift that was so personal. We recommend everyone use Desiree for homebuying, first time or not, she's outstanding, and won't let you down!
