About Desiree Caywood

I love my job! I love helping people! I began my career in Idaho's Treasure Valley the first 5 years of my career. We moved to Alaska and I sold properties in Fairbanks and the surrounding communities for 4 years. Bakersfield has been home since 2012 and I have been working real estate here since July 2013. I don't "sell" homes or investment properties, I assist my clients by providing information, comparable units and making sure you my client are happy with the purchase or sale you are about to make. A home sale and purchase is one of the largest investments most of us make and each person has a different idea of what home feels like and looks like or what kind of return of Investment they want. If you want a sales person, someone to convince you to sale or purchase something I am not going to be a good fit for you. If you are looking for someone to help you and to go at your pace whether quick or taking time, then I am happy to help because that is how I roll! I am a consumer as well and when I am about to purchase something I like as much education as possible. I want someone who will be tough and wise at negotiating and help me accomplish my goals!
