ZillowVERIFIEDDerrick made things very easy as a first time home buyer. I would highly recommend him for assistance in buying or selling a home. He was quick to respond to my text messages if I saw a home that I was interested in seeing. He also drove all the way to Austin as I wasnt sure what location I was going to end up in. Todays market is a tough one and he made it very easy and I felt comfortable making an offer and purchasing my first home.

ZillowVERIFIED I purchased my first home through Derrick. He sat down with me and answered my questions as I did not know the first thing about home buying. We looked at homes in all areas of my budget to see what was available. Extremely professional and personalizes your house search to you. Goes above and beyond in every way possible. I will be using Derrick again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Derrick helped me and my wife buy a home. His most notable quality was his response time. We never waited more than a few hours before he got back to us. In addition, while he worked with us to see properties, he often scheduled the showings next day without hesitation. Derricks knowledge is up to par with the industry standards and his insight to the area lead us to look at properties we wouldnt have originally considered; a quality every agent should have. During the process Derrick never pushed his own opinion/agenda or tired to sell us, he encouraged a unified decision the whole time. In the end we had no doubts about our home, Derrick was an experienced agent who made sure to go over every corner. We recommend Derrick to anyone who is looking for a respected and trustworthy agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Derrick was incredibly knowledgeable about the process, gave us great recommendations for lenders and repair persons, and really went above and beyond by helping us do minor repairs to the home in order to be approved for our loan. Amazing experience buying our first home, he made the process fast and effortless. I can't recommend him enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Everything went perfectly, I'm a first time home buyer and Derrick made the "hassle" of the home buying process, completely hassle-free. Derrick took care of everything from the setting up the inspection, to keeping in contact with me, to explaining the purchasing details/process that I didn't understand, which pretty much everything. All we had to do was show up @ closing and sign my name a bunch of times. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone that is looking for a house.

ZillowVERIFIED He is very helpful and works very hard for you. He worked long hours and was available at any time for any questions. Never pressured me to buy anything and only showed me homes that were in my price range and homes with proper amenities I was looking for. If it wasn't for his knowledge I would have been lost in the buying process. Took care of everything and always very fast. I have no complaints at all about Derrick, and I will be coming to him when I buy again!! A+++
