ZillowVERIFIEDDerrick's personality is second to none, and I lead off with that, because selling a house is definitely one of the most stressful times of one's life. I, as the Seller, was understandably stressed at times. Derrick's personality and expertise was top-notch consistently, which always eased my stress away. I firmly believe Derrick has the personable skills to coordinate seamlessly with any personality out there, especially in high-stress situations. We listed my house and closed on it, all in under 60 days. Communication response times was always within minutes. Never, ever had to wait on him. And, of course, we all use realtors for legality purposes of it all; to ensure things are done correctly. I had full confidence in Derrick and his abilities, and my closing was very accommodating to me and my schedule, and I felt secure in the process. I do recommend Derrick for all your selling needs, and I would trust him on the buying side as well.
ZillowVERIFIEDDerrick was great to work with selling my rental property in Florence! He worked very hard on getting the sales price that I wanted and handled the tenants very well, he always responded to me quickly and stayed in contact everyday through the process. I would recommend Derrick to anyone buying or selling a home or a commercial property.
ZillowVERIFIEDDerrick was the most helpful man for the job i couldve asked for, he gave me advice and kept me updated on everything there was for me to do 10/10 recommend Derrick for anyone looking to buy a new home
ZillowVERIFIEDDerrick was amazing. Very quick to reply, flexible with schedule and as excited about the house buying process as I was. My previous realtor of many years whom I highly respected no longer is in that field but immediately referred me to Derrick. I am glad we got to work together and I look forward to working again with him in the future. Thanks Derrick!
ZillowVERIFIEDDerrick was always available to answer any questions I had and he really took the time to explain in detail the process. Thanks for making the process very smooth Derrick!
