About Derrick Coates

I am a Real Estate Agent with EXP Realty in Sierra Vista, Arizona. I grew up in southeastern Arizona and have lived specifically in Sierra Vista for the last fifteen years. I was raised both American and Hispanic, therefore I speak both English and Spanish fluently. I have been involved in Real Estate for the past 18 years. My interest in Real estate began when I purchased my first investment property in 1998. It was then that I decided to make real estate my career focus. This decision brought forth many new and exciting opportunities for me in both the world of real estate and my commitment to helping others achieve their goals. More than half of my life has been committed to making a difference in the lives of others. Although my career has shifted from the Human Services field where I was the Director of a non-profit statewide agency that provided supports and services to people with disabilities, my values have not. As an American myself and a real estate agent, I support the mind set of "The All American Dream." My areas of expertise include assisting people with the buying, selling, investing, and renting processes involved in home ownership, transfer or change. I oversee the needs of everyone I represent irregardless if they are first time homebuyers, established investors or people who simply wish to up-size or down-size their current residence. I believe together with my high level of knowledge, confidence and commitment, I will provide top rate service to everyone I assist. Knowledge is power and education is the key to unlocking all your home buying goals and dreams.
