ZillowVERIFIEDWant to give a shout out to Derick Rogers. If I could give him more stars I would. Derick went above and beyond showing our family houses for our daughter over a year long search. He never said no to any requests and always made himself or someone from his office available to show us a house or answer any questions. Sometimes showing us the same house twice. Derick has the knowledge and the attention to detail that you would want in your realtor. I highly recommend Derick if you are selling or trying to buy a house in the Cedar Valley!! shortestrealtor.com

ZillowVERIFIED Derick was amazing to work with! He responded to calls/texts/emails quickly and was always willing to drive any distance to get us in to view whatever house we wanted to see. He was also easy to talk to and communicated the home buying process well so we could fully understand everything. Derick helped us buy our dream starter home and we couldnt be more grateful to him! We will definitely work with him again and encourage you to contact him if you want an easy-going realtor who is very knowledgeable in what he does and will go out of his way to help you find a great home!

ZillowVERIFIED Derick helped me in my search for a new home when I made the move to Cedar Falls. The housing market was very hot at the time and I knew when I found aEURoethe house for meaEUR? it was going to be a far shot to get it. Derick did outstanding work in writing the offer in a creative way and negotiated the deal with the buyers. His communication was great and it was the most seamless transaction I have ever been part of. I will always use Derick with all my future real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED We couldnt have asked for a better realtor than Derick. He was quick getting us into seeing the houses we were interested in and prompt at getting us any information we asked for. When we finally decided on a home he was able to guide us in the right direction which allowed us to be the winning party when bidding. He has continued to support us through the whole purchasing process and we will definitely be working with him in the future with any of our real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Derick did a remarkable job assisting us in the purchase of our home. He got us in to see the house within hours and went at bat for us negotiating appliances into the purchase. Derick has been on-top of everything throughout the entire process. He also got the closing date moved up so we can be situated before the holidays. Derick is the man.
