We have bought and sold many homes over the years and dealt with great realtors, but Derick surpasses them all. From the formulation of a plan to the execution of that plan, Derick used creativity and excellence in every detail. He has superior marketing skills and uses professional photographers that were able to show our property at its best. Our home sold very quickly and above asking price. Review Prior to listing my home I was very up front and clear when I asked Derick if I could sell my home as it was a HUD home because I had to move because of a job loss. He said he would double check and got back to me and said yes. I then listed the home and put an offer on another home to which he never accompanied me to see. After all contingencies were removed on the purchase of another home I asked Derick if there was a form I needed to complete on the home we had listed for HUD. He then checked and caled me back and removes the listing without my permission and said he could not list my home and I needed to check with HUD. After spending hours on phone I was told the information Carini Realtors was incorrect. Faced with being stuck with two homes I had the choice of losing my 5000 deposit on the home I was about to purchase or buying a home that I had no money to renovate because I could not sell my current home. For a new father of a newborn child having two houses while just starting a new job was very stressful Carini realtors hung me out to dry while I took a loss thousands of dollars. Be Careful because they do not care about you, just their paycheck.

He was always available (via call, text, and email) when I had any questions or concerns (and there were a lot of those). With his knowledge of the downtown area and him getting to know me and what I was looking for, he was able to make my dream house happen.
