ZillowVERIFIED We wanted to downsize and our son wanted to buy our house. that is a lot of moving parts that we were not sure how to navigate. Derek was patient and showed us over 50 places over the course of 9 months till we found the right place. He talked us OUT of several that we liked as he explained they were gorgeous but did not fulfill what we had told him we wanted in a downsized house. He educated us on how to navigate loans to bridge the timing of our purchase to our sale. In the end he sold our son's house in a day and arranged the closing so we had no loans. He is amazing. He is meticulous about details, good listener, and truly out to help you find what you want -- not just sell you a house.

He delivered on all his time frames with the listing and the open house. After the house inspection we needed a couple repairs done and it was stressful thinking..now I have to look around for a contractor and schedule the work, etc, etc, Nope! Not with Derek. He already knew two companies that could perform the work in the time frame we needed. Taura scheduled it and took care of payment at closing! I didn't have to worry about it and didn't have to take any time out of my schedule.
