Review We interviewed six different brokers as we contemplated listing our home. Derek was clearly the most knowledgeable in the area and he seemed to know best how to price our home. The list price recommendations from the 6 qualified brokers varied by well over $100K, but Derek kept coming back to a number with reasons that were credible. The listing process was painless, showing the home was easy and all through it Derek was there when needed, providing feedback but never overbearing and was simply pleasant through the entire process. We especially appreciated his candor and flexibility. He clearly read us well and treated us exactly as we had hoped. Derek filtered the offers with simplicity and we received a generous offer along with additional time to vacate. Overall he was the real deal and we appreciate that from a broker.

Review I engaged Derek to find out the value of my home as I was considering selling it. He immediately responded and went into great detail about the process he used to determine the value. He also listened to my input and adjusted the plan considering that input. As we proceeded through the sale Derek was great with following up with interested parties. He kept us appraised at all times of where we were at. When we sold our house there were some difficulties with the inspection. Derek handled those exceptionally well and we were able with his advice to close all items satisfactorily. There were also some difficulties with the closing due to new loan process. This introduced high levels of stress on our moving plans as we had another home waiting for us that was dependent on that closing date. Derek went all out to make sure we completed our transactions and we were able to purchase and move into our new home. We have bought and sold 5 houses and our experience with Derek was the best of all of them. He is extremely professional, as well as pleasant and easy to work with. As a result we were forced to leave our possessions in the house while the home was on the market unattended. Derek managed our home for us in addition to the sales process. He took care of all necessary repairs in addition to shoveling all that lovely CO snow while we were away. Although it took a little longer than expected to consummate a deal, the process was relatively painless compared to other moves we have made.
