Some good experiences some bad with this real estate company. Michael Lebron is a great agent and highly recommend. Amanda is the processor and she is good too. I did not like that I was not handled by one person the whole time. Once the offer was made, I was passed off from Michael to Amanda. Michael is essentially out of the picture. Ideally, I would have liked to deal with one person - Michael - who I had hired as my agent. Additionally, I would have liked to meet Amanda prior to choosing to go with Michael. This was never offered (though I did not think to ask). Additionally, the team set up and hired folks such as the title company, inspector, etc. prior to my go ahead. I had to really give them the feedback to slow their roll and wait until I gave the go ahead prior to doing anything further. Amanda and Michael were both knowledgeable and I appreciated both their efforts to get the deal closed. 3/5 stars though. Please make sure you set expectations with the team and ensure you not only meet with the agent but also the transaction specialist prior to doing business with this group.
