ZillowVERIFIED With the property being in Pennsylvania and my being in the process of moving to and being physically located in Montana, I was impressed how Derek took additional time to finalize the listing contract, taking my comments/concerns into consideration via telephone conversations, text messages and email correspondence. A couple weeks later, upon returning to the property in Pennsylvania, and meeting Derek for the first time, I was again impressed with his suggestions how to better market the property based upon his knowledge of its location. Upon signing the listing contract, Derek sent a professional photographer take photos of the property for marketing. The results were extremely impressive. Within 24-hours of the listing, there were two showings. An offer was tendered at asking price the day after the first showings. With my physical presence being out of state in Montana, Derek continued to provide timely assistance to address some concerns raised by the prospective buyers home inspection. Derek facilitated hiring a local contractor with pertinent experience and expertise to implement satisfactory remedies to the prospective buyers concerns. Subsequently, a mere thirty days after the offer was tendered and accepted, I returned to Pennsylvania for settlement. Derek was there to ensure the process went smoothly.
