In our over-saturated world of real estate professional wanna-be's, Derek is the genuine article. aEURc We were having difficulty selling a historic building in moderate disrepair but with incredible bones and history. Our realtor shared the listing with Derek, and he took off running.Immediately, he schedule a regular stream of showings using traditional and non-traditional (social media) channels to generate interest. He ask far more questions than any previous representative, and adopted our presentation of strengths to the property over obvious weaknesses.We, as a husband and wife team we found no faults with Derek whatsoever. Review Derek did a great job selling our home. The hardest part in selling a home is figuring out what price to list it. Derek knew exactly what price to list it at and we were under contract within days from when we listed it at his price. He also did a great job sticking up for us when the buyer's realtor kept wanting us to drop the price. I trust Derek that he had our best interests at heart.

Any questions we had on any of the properties saw he got us immediate answers and if it was something he didn't know he would research until he found the answer. Review Derek showed my husband and I homes for three years until we found exactly the right home for us. It took three years because we were extremely picky. Derek was very patient. He responded to all my questions. He worked around our busy schedules to show us homes mid day, in the evenings and on weekends. He responded and scheduled showings promptly following my requests. When we found our new home, he helped us negotiate seller help and close 11 days earlier than we had originally planned, which was to our benefit. He also provided information about renting out our city home. Derek connected us with a wonderful mortgage company and together they made the transaction very easy.
