I have only sold one property previous to dealing with Derek, and wow what a difference, I didnt know that a realtor actually could work that hard for you. He really put himself and my property out there and got it done. Highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIEDWe hired Derek because he had sold a house in our neighborhood that had previously been sitting on the market. We were impressed that he was able to sell it right away, so when it came time to list our home for sale we called him. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and of current real estate market conditions. We took his advice on prepping our home and pricing, and accepted an offer the same evening we listed the house. I highly recommend hiring Derek to sell your home!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently purchased a home in Avon CT with Derek's help. If you've shopped for a house you know the feeling you get as you browse the different sites and deal with multiple agents. You quickly get lost in the myriad of sites and agents whom you see for a property and then never again. That's how we stumbled on Derek. From the get go he was very organized, responsive and professional. He stuck with us from that day and after seeing 30+ properties we found the one we eventually bought. We were coming from out of state and with Covid delays had to manage our two sales at once. Derek proved to be patient, knowledgeable on not only the Real Estate process in CT but in NY as well. He expertly negotiated the three extensions we required to complete our purchase. He talked us down off the ledge on multiple occasions when the stress of the process was getting to us. Through it all he was great to work with. I hope to not have to buy/sell again but if I do I would definitely work with Derek again. If you're looking for a realtor I doubt you could do better than Derek.

ZillowVERIFIED Its difficult to put into words how attentive Derek was to us throughout our home buying experience. He was available to us at crazy times of the day - morning and night aEUR" and 7 days a week. I still dont know when this man sleeps! Derek was very patient with us and never pushed us into viewing homes we werent interested in. He has a way of making you feel as if youre his only customer (although with the booming real estate market we knew he had a lot going on). A failed inspection caused us to back away from our first home closing. It was heartbreaking. Derek maintained his positivity, told us we would find our perfect home & that we did! To add to all of this it was my fiancA(C) and my first time buying a house. Derek educated us each step of the way from viewing, making an offer, to inspections, backing out of an offer, to handing over the keys on our final walkthrough. If youre looking for a real estate agentaEUR| LOOK NO FURTHER... you won't find better than Derek.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Derek to buy or sell a home. We live out-of-town so the process was a little scary. Derek was great from the beginning. He was quick to respond to questions and was knowledgable of the area. He spent all day showing us condos so we could narrow down what we were wanting. Our closing had a few "hiccups" and we completely trusted Derek to negotiate on our behalf. We ended up with the perfect place for us. Derek is not only knowledgeable and professional but has a warm friendly personality.

ZillowVERIFIED Would highly recommend Derek. He was a tremendous help as we navigated the house buying process from out of state. He is very knowledgeable about the area/process and very flexible. We threw last minute changes into our itinerary and he made the adds to the list work...one of them ended up being the one we bought. He quickly answered all questions big or small to help ease our minds. If you are looking for a house in his area, give him a call.

ZillowVERIFIED Derek went above and beyond to help me with purchasing my home. As an out of state buyer, he visited multiple properties and videoed them, essentially house shopped for me. He also made excellent recommendations and was honest about the homes to ensure I got them home I was looking for. Always responded to calls or texts during the entire process as well which helped make the experience great!

ZillowVERIFIED Good to work with; routinely sent listings that may be of interest to us; when we gave him a list of houses we wanted to see, he quickly sent us an itinerary with easy to follow map so we could see the homes in an efficient amount of time ~ as many as 8 or 9 homes within a 2+/- hour period! Kept in touch via email, text, phone calls.
