Denny really is who made this whole process possible for me! As a first time home buyer I really felt like I was jumping off the deep end and Denny was there every step of the way to hold my hand. He never made me feel like I was bothering him or like my questions were a nuisance. He answered every single one with a smile and prompt response. I really can not say enough amazing things about his communication, honesty, and trustworthiness! I truly don't know if this all would have been possible without him on my side! Particularly if you are a first time home buyer looking for someone who can understand where you are coming from and make it clear he is on your side you can't go wrong with Denny!!! When I had issues with the other aspects of the process (mostly the mortgage) he was the first one to step in, communicate with the proper people, and fight for what we needed! He was chosen for me at random by Zillow and it really couldn't have been a better fit!!

We met Denny randomly after searching for homes on Zillow. I can honestly say we could not have asked for a better person to help us find our new home. Denny was responsive, understood our needs and cool under pressure. He listened and knew exactly what we were looking for. He help guide us to our dream home in our dream neighborhood .On move in day. Denny showed up, rolled up his sleeves and helped unload and place furniture and boxes. I'm not sure if you can find many realtors that would do that. Our expert has been amazing and not only would I recommend him as a realtor. But he has become a friend in the process.
