ZillowVERIFIED DeJan Minoski really takes care of his clients. He will go out of his way to accommodate your needs and spend time and money to make sure everything goes smoothly. He has contacts/teams that will clean your house (he provides this service) before showing. His photographer is exceptional, it's professionally done with drone footage and there is a short house tour video with a voiceover that is provided as well. Constantly checks up on his clients asking how they are doing and if they have any questions. It's the accumulation of small things you notice when you work with Denny, such as a modern real estate sign in front of your house that has a LED lamp attached to it that makes it look sleek. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the current market. I honestly can't say enough good things about Denny and won't hesitate to use his services again.
