In the last 20 plus years I have almost done it all in Real Estate. Learning the business from the ground up has given me the experience needed to serve my customers with first hand knowledge. I started early on in my career learning land development, then ownership in a building company building new houses from the ground up and from there home renovations, then on to residential re-sale. Marketing became the key in selling properties and still remains an important part. My expertise in Land Development has also helped me stay one step ahead of my colleagues in selling land and New Construction. Moving into the last 6 years the market moved to short sales so I learned that business as well to help my customers. I have also gained the knowledge needed to help in re-development of several key commercial projects partnering with the state to help create a state park in the Hockessin/Yorklyn area. My vast knowledge in Real Estate has helped me gain the experience needed to help in any direction my buyers and sellers need. I look forward to putting my buyer in a new home or selling a property for my customers.
