He took his time with us as we walked through each home and let us spend the time we needed. We never once felt like he was pressuring us or trying to persuade us to make an offer on something we didn't absolutely love. In fact, it took about 6 months for us to find the home we now have, and he never lost patience with us - always checked in to see how we were doing and if we had any questions. He provided honest, knowledgeable feedback about each home we saw, and when it came time to make an offer, he helped us think through ways we could make our offer more appealing given the highly competitive seller's market we were looking in. He made sure to stay on top of the entire process once we made an offer to our actual closing date - we never felt worried that we were missing any critical steps. He would write very clear, thorough emails throughout the process that would detail next steps for us, what we needed to be thinking about, come prepared with, etc., which is very helpful in the home buying process (especially as first time home buyers). He was honest about pricing and getting the condo ready for sale (dissuading us from investing in enhancements, but rather setting an appropriate price point.) Dennis was very knowledgeable about market conditions and unique circumstances that affected the sale of my condo (e.g. Warrantable / Non-Warrantable complex). During the process, I would learn that many agents were unaware as to how this would hamper and often times negate the purchase process. However, and Dennis would not only educate them, but provide viable solutions. I appreciate Dennis's extensive knowledge of the real estate market and professionalism. I would definitely use Dennis again.
