About Dennis Ritter
Dennis began his real estate career nearly 25 years ago by helping buyers obtain financing to purchase their dream homes. Nearly twelve years later, Dennis obtained his real estate license and he and his wife, Lisa, purchased and opened a small real estate office. Dennis and Lisa went on to mentor and manage nearly 100 real estate professionals throughout the nearly fifteen years that they owned the brokerage. Dennis transitioned from helping buyers with just their financing to helping his clients navigate through the entire home buying process. That unique knowledge base helped him to offer a better buying experience for his clients and help lead Dennis and Lisa to receive "Best of Omaha" awards for their dedication to their clients in Real Estate for 13 years in a row.
Dennis an Lisa now spend moast of thier time in Destin Florida where they continue to help buyers and sellers how are looking to make a move in the area. Whether it be a young family moving into the area to be stationed at one of the many military bases nearby, or an investor looking for a short term rental along the most beautiful streches of beaches in the county, or a retirees looking to make a move, the Ritters are here to help.
It is not all business though. Dennis enjoys the outdoors. He loves to golf and just about everything that involves water. He mostly enjoys traveling the world with Lisa and visiting their two sons.
