Regardless of how many times we told him one wasnt for us he was always patient and never got annoyed with us. He was very quick with replies and alway got back to us. He was honest about houses telling us why we wouldnt like it or what was wrong with it and why. He cared more about us being happy with our choice than just selling a house. Between a few times of being out bid Dennis always helped us keep looking and wouldnt let us settle either. I cant recommend him more. Hes honest he cares and hes got a sense of humor to boot! ZillowVERIFIED We relocated to Columbia Missouri after living in Germany the last 11 years. We only had a 3 week notice prior to the move and the requirements for an international move did not allow us anytime to become familiar with the Columbia area. Dennis Jordan met us the next morning after our arrival with a comprehensive list of properties to look at based upon our input. It had been approximately 17 years since we last purchased a home and Dennis took the time to bring us up to speed on the complete process. Being completely new to the area he also assisted us with all the professionals needed to purchase the home (Mortgage lender, Inspectors, etc.). In addition, he assisted us with finding temporary housing to avoid expensive hotel lodging. His knowledge of the area was impressive. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of each neighborhood based upon our requirements and needs. The purchase of this home was very significant purchase for us. We trusted Dennis completely with the negotiation and are very pleased with the final outcome. Due to our work requirements our availability was not ideal. Dennis worked with us late at night and on the weekends to accommodate our schedule. He was incredibly responsive at all times (almost immediate every time). Dennis always respected our price range and worked just as hard to show less expensive homes instead of only ones at the top of our price point. He continually showed his expertise and honesty by pointing out all the visible issues with the homes he showed us. He was always accessible by phone or email even in the evenings or on weekends and even worked late into the night when we wanted to make an immediate offer on a competitive home. He helped us secure a very favorable offer and even was able to negotiate extra coverage for closing costs. When we went under contract he communicated with the seller, inspectors, and loan officer on my behalf while I was immensely busy as a new physician. He spent his own personal time to followup on the repairs post-inspection and got the seller to respond very quickly to our requests. To summarize, I would recommend Dennis to anyone looking to buy a home. He is reliable, honest, hard working, and frankly a joy to work with no matter your price range. When my wife and I eventually upgrade to a larger home in the future, we will definitely be contacting Dennis if we choose to remain in the Columbia, MO area.

ZillowVERIFIED Dennis could not have made the house viewing and purchasing process easier. When we started the process, we went through Zillow and clicked the 'contact realtor' button. Dennis called us within 30 minutes and let us know he was ready to show us the house the next day, even though he was out of the state. He made sure we, the customer, were completely satisfied. We ended up looking at a few houses before landing on the one we own now. When we looked at each home, he asked us what times worked best for us and worked around our schedules. He set up viewings quickly and efficiently, typically for the same day. After we looked at our current home, we went back to his office and wrote up the paperwork, at 9 o'clock at night, just so we could get in the first offer. After the offer was accepted, Dennis took care of the inspections and worked with our loan officer and insurance agents. Both orginazations commented and said "we have never worked with someone who gets us information so quickly." Dennis really made our home buying process as easy as can be and always made sure we, the buyer, were being looked out for by providing only reputable home inspectors and other services. If you are in the area, don't skip over Dennis. He really truly is the best and puts his heart and soul into his work. You will not regret using Dennis for a realtor. On the home I was selling, he gave really good advice about where to spend time, money, and energy getting it ready to sell and how to best stage the house. Left to my own devices, I would have made some fairly expensive mistakes doing things I didn't need to. On the buying end, Dennis went above and beyond to line me up with the house I wanted. During the negotiation process on both houses, Dennis had a much better feel than I would have about how aggressive to be.He also was very thorough about lining up the best inspectors for potential trouble spots with the specific house in question and was able to help me get some significant issues resolved. On both transactions, I some rough spots (through no fault of Dennis') and each time something difficult happened, Dennis was kind, calm, positive, patient, tenacious, and resourceful to get the best possible outcomes for me.
