Fortunately for me, Dennis is a great guy, and he worked with me from the very start: helping me decide what I wanted, looking at *tons* of different homes together, and answering a bazillion questions I had. When I found a house that seemed suitable, he helped set up a home inspection; and then arranged for a contractor to look at the house and estimate what it would cost to make the changes that I wanted. Which caused me to change my mind about that house. So, that first offer fell through, and Dennis cheerfully helped me keep looking at yet more houses. And I finally found one; a great one; almost exactly what I was looking for. Dennis is patient, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and honest, (exactly as my neighbor had described him), and I couldnt have done it without him. He was very informative about the various processes; short sale, auctions, foreclosure. He showed me several houses and discussed the processes of each listing. I was able to schedule the showings to accomodate my time schedules. He was always friendly and congenial. He showed me houses on the weekend and early or late as i reguested.
