When I found a house that seemed suitable, he helped set up a home inspection; and then arranged for a contractor to look at the house and estimate what it would cost to make the changes that I wanted. Which caused me to change my mind about that house. So, that first offer fell through, and Dennis cheerfully helped me keep looking at yet more houses. And I finally found one; a great one; almost exactly what I was looking for. Dennis is patient, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and honest, (exactly as my neighbor had described him), and I couldnt have done it without him. I highly and unreservedly recommend Dennis to anyone whos looking to buy a house.
