He is hard working, has the utmost attention to detail, response time to any question or concern is superb and he is knowledgeable in all aspects from start to finish in both buying and selling. I cant give him enough stars in all aspects of real estate transactions. There isnt a time or scenario that he wasnt able to offer suggestions and solutions to the many facets involved in buying and selling homes.

He sold my older home, which had some issues, and was able to transform my house into a strong contender and had it under contract within days of completion. Amazing! He orchestrated contractors, electricians, painters, etc., and supervised the progress daily. ZillowVERIFIED I dont know much about home renovations, but when Dennis did an assessment of my home, it was superb. He knew immediately what needed to be repaired and had the right contacts to make the repairs done without wasting time. My home looked like a brand new house by the time that he and his crew finished the modifications. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Dennis was our realtor in when we purchased a home around 14 years ago. He was instrumental in both the negotiation and buying process. When we decided to sell, he told us he would sell the home in 30 days or less -- 30 days later, we had a contract on our home. We contacted Dennis again when selling another home and he had a contract on it in 2 weeks. Dennis is very knowledgeable about the realty business, friendly, and hard-working. In my book, he is top-notch.

He was on top of everything from arranging contractors to repair things that needed repaired, to even providing equipment and monitoring that equipment while the equipment was operating. He is professional and very knowledgeable in many aspects of his field and was that way from the initial visit to the closing.
